Heating

Every meal comes with heating instructions on the label. Most heat in the microwave in 2 to 3 minutes, or in the oven if you like a crispier finish.

Keep meals in the fridge and enjoy them within 4 to 5 days. They’re never frozen, so there’s nothing to thaw.
